When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the delivery note, please check whether there is any damage or issue with the box of your product. If, for any reason, there is damage, missing items, or the package seal appears tampered with, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, return the package to the courier along with a request for an official report to be filed.
If you fulfil this requirement, your new products will be sent to you immediately.
If products with damaged packaging or allegedly missing contents are accepted upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any internal damage or missing items.
