Shipping & Delivery
- Processing: We prepare and hand over orders to the carrier after order confirmation/payment. Processing times may vary by product (especially made-to-order items).
- Delivery time: Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping carrier.
- Shipping fee: Shipping cost (if any) is shown during checkout before payment.
- Damaged parcels: If the package looks crushed/torn/wet, open it with the courier present. If there is damage or missing items, request a damage report and do not accept the parcel.
Cancellation & Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
For distance sales, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you (or your designated recipient) receive the product, without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions.

- Condition: Items should be unused and resellable, with original packaging/contents where applicable.
- Non-returnable items: Personalized/custom-made items and hygiene-sensitive goods after opening, and other legal exceptions may not be eligible for return.

BunnyMob’s original content (text, photos/videos, branding, product photography, and BunnyMob-original designs) is owned by BunnyMob or licensed to BunnyMob. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from BunnyMob’s original content without written permission.
Third-party names/characters (if referenced) remain the property of their respective owners. See “Fan Art & Brand Disclaimer.”
Prohibited Conduct
- scrape, crawl, or harvest content/data
- bypass access controls or attempt unauthorized access
- upload malware or disrupt site operation
- use the site to infringe IP, commit fraud, or violate laws
Purchases
Availability, pricing, and drop timing may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel orders to prevent fraud or comply with law.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
